Day Three

Ok so still struggling witth the water will continue to work on that but I have to tell you that I made some orange and banana muffins for breakfast from the Elimination diet cookbook find it on http://londonpersonaltrainingstudio.com/ they were delicious especially when eaten still warm mmmmm I had one with some live natural yoghurt and felt full all morning.

Lunch was a fruit omelette made with lots of berries and topped with a dollop of live natural yoghurt mixed with cinammon and I have to say it was amazing and again I didn't feel hungry all afternoon.

Still having the headaches but my tummy definately feels flatter so that is motivating me struggling to fit the exercise in but am determined this time its for me I will do this!

  1. Your food sounds delicious! I've got the cookbook so will def try the muffins...can you stick to just the one though? And I've never had a fruit omelette although their was some chat about banana eggs today on Dax's discussion and it got me thinking! Keep up the good work!
